Cre8ing Vision announces new recruitment initiative 'Cre8ing Recruits' to support young people to enter employment

Cre8ing Vision have today announced their expansion into recruitment with new initiative 'Cre8ing Recruits', designed to connect aspiring creatives to top music industry establishments. 

Cre8ing Vision's founders Andrea Euell, Kwame Kwaten and Nicola Ossai fr Charles have been at the forefront of free education and inspiring young people, working for over a decade to help them gain the tools and skills needed to begin careers in the music business. Their impressive portfolio includes initiatives such as A&R Focus Groups, the Ultimate Music Circle and the renowned Ultimate Seminar, which have helped them discover new and exciting creative talent, some of which have gone on to gain the attention of Senior Music Execs, resulting in many who are now placed in active roles in the industry. Working closely with young people over the years has enabled them to forge strong relationships with these candidates, allowing them to go the extra mile when providing companies with the right candidates and ensuring that they offer full support to candidates applying for positions. 

Having created working partnerships with various organisations, Cre8ing Recruits provide a pool of talent in which to match candidates to roles across the music business, building up their reputation as a trusted source for all music business related requirements. An extension of the company that is dedicated to providing not only creatives with career opportunities but also music industry establishments with a pool of talent, they will help to build the next generation of music industry professionals and thus break down the barriers to employment. This spans from entering at the starter level of apprenticeship or intern to all the way to senior and exec levels of management and those seeking to switch current roles in the business including but not limited to A&R Scouts, Artist Management, Accounting, Legal, PR, and more.
