Concord Music Publishing ANZ Signs Thai Artist WIM in First Southeast Asia Deal

Concord Music Publishing ANZ is thrilled to announce the signing of acclaimed Thai artist, songwriter, and producer WIM to a global publishing agreement, marking Concord's first-ever signing in Thailand and Southeast Asia.

WIM - Karn Kasidej Hongladaromp - first rose to prominence as one half of the beloved pop-soul duo HYBS, whose breezy sound captivated audiences across Asia and beyond.

Since launching his solo career in 2024, WIM has forged a unique musical identity, fusing smooth R&B, indie-pop, and retro textures into songs that are both timeless and contemporary. His solo work has quickly resonated with fans across Southeast Asia, Taiwan, and Korea, where he has headlined a string of successful shows.

The deal includes WIM's upcoming sophomore album, HONEYMOOD, out August 13th, represents a bold new chapter. Expanding on his signature sound of escapism and soulful storytelling, the record dives deeper emotionally and sonically. Lush grooves meet reflective lyricism in an album that meditates on love, solitude, and fleeting beauty — a fully immersive experience that invites listeners to drift into its world.

Concord Music Publishing's ANZ VP A&R Matt Tanner said, "WIM is leading the wave of Thai artists making a global impact - his ability to create work that resonates across borders is rare, and we're incredibly proud to welcome him to the Concord family."

WIM said "So much of this journey started in a small room — just me, a laptop, and feelings I didn't know what to do with. So, getting to work with a global team like Concord feels like a meaningful step forward — not just for the music, but for the stories I'm trying to tell. I'm incredibly excited for the chance to share these stories with more ears, more hearts, and maybe even a few strangers who need the same songs I needed while writing them."

The signing marks a continued commitment from Concord Music Publishing to champion diverse, visionary and culturally impactful artists with strong international potential from across the Asia-Pacific region and around the world.
