Chris Panayi joins Tomorrow's Warriors board of Trustees

Tomorrow's Warriors is delighted to announce that respected music industry figure Chris Panayi has joined its board of Trustees.

Chris Panayi has not only a lifelong passion for jazz, he also has a real passion for supporting music industry clients and was recognised in the Centriptop 25 accountants in Music and Entertainment. He started his accountancy practice, C C Panayi & Co in October 1980. His practice joined top firm Hentons in 2018, where he continues to work as Senior Partner, actively involved with all aspects of the Hentons business, providing high profile international and rising star musicians, as well as other industry related businesses, with sound business and financial advice. He is also an MMF Associate Member.

Tomorrow's Warriors, co-founder and CEO Janine Irons MBE said "We are thrilled to welcome our friend and supporter Chris Panayi to our illustrious board of Trustees. With his 40 years of music business experience, network and sound judgement, he will be a real asset to Tomorrow's Warriors. The organisation has an 'each one teach one' ethos, which embeds giving back to the next generation, and Chris will be helping the organisation and our cohort, as we celebrate our 30th year this year, with much exciting news, events and partnerships to be announced."

Chris Panayi added "Music has always been a major passion of mine, especially a love for Jazz, blues and soul, so when I was invited to become a Trustee of Tomorrow's Warriors, I was extremely surprised, elated and humbled that an organisation with the great profile and reputation of more than 30 years, felt that I could contribute to its future. Tomorrow's Warriors and I share the same values and beliefs in that musical talent should be nurtured, allowed to fully grow and the lack of financial resources should not be a hindrance to that achievement. For the past 10 years or so, I have lectured at various universities, the BRIT School, seminars and held surgeries at my offices for musical students and young artists at different stages of their careers, because I believe that it is incumbent on my generation to give to the next, the knowledge and experiences that others gave to us. I feel that it is essential that we who had the privilege of working and succeeding in the music industry, should afford the opportunity to the next generation to also enjoy the fruits of their talents."
