BEN BODIE TO HEAD A&R FOR BMG CHRYSALIS UK

LONDON, 3 MAY 2011 -- Alexi Cory-Smith, senior vice president of BMG Chrysalis
in the UK, today announced the appointment of Ben Bodie as vice president, A&R,
BMG Chrysalis UK.

Bodie, who was formerly UK head of A&R for Chrysalis Music prior to its acquisition
by BMG in February 2011, now leads all A&R activities and executives across BMG’s
British businesses, reporting to Cory-Smith.

Bodie has worked in A&R at Chrysalis Music UK since 2000, and as its head of A&R
for the past four years, signing artists including Cee Lo Green, Danger Mouse and
Gnarls Barkley, Aphex Twin, The Big Pink, Estelle, Four Tet, Joy Orbison, Jai Paul,
Pendulum and Jamie Woon. Signed by Bodie to a worldwide songwriting agreement
with Chrysalis UK in 2006, Cee Lo Green won a Grammy and a BRIT award earlier
this year and has sold approximately 6 million copies of his global hit single ‘F**k
You’.

Cory-Smith said: “Ben is an exceptional and proactive A&R executive, leading a
talented and experienced team. His promotion to this senior role underlines BMG
Chrysalis UK’s commitment to investing in A&R and developing our roster of writers
and artists.”

Bodie said: “Working closely with talented artists and nurturing their careers for the
long term have always been very important here, and these will continue to be our
guiding principles for the new BMG Chrysalis. It is vital for writers and producers to
have a committed, innovative and service-led team behind them – and even more so
in today’s changing music market.”

Alan Pell, director of A&R for BMG Stage Three UK, is leaving the company. Pell led
A&R at Stage Three in the UK for eight years prior to Stage Three’s acquisition by
BMG Rights Management in 2010 when he was appointed to his current role.

Cory-Smith said: “I would like to thank Alan for his contribution to Stage Three and
BMG. He has signed and developed a number of talented writers during his time
here and we all wish him every success in the next stage of his career.”

BMG Chrysalis songwriters represented by Bodie and his team in the UK include

Decemberists, Estelle, Fleet Foxes, Four Tet, The Script’s Andrew Frampton, Toby

Väth, in 1992. He moved to the London arm of US rap label Profile Records in 1998
as UK A&R manager, where he worked on the hugely successful Run-DMC/Jason
Nevins project. The remix of ‘It’s Like That’, released under the title ‘Run DMC vs
