18 December 2025 - Press releaseWe are pleased to confirm that the shares in the Beggars Group were transferred into a Trust in October 2024. This strategic decision aims to preserve the company's independence and help to ensure continuity over future generations, in the interests of both artists and employees. The share structure of the principal UK-based entities has been adjusted accordingly. Paul Redding, CEO, and Martin Mills, Chairman and Founder, continue to manage the business.
Redding commented "Beggar's label partnerships will be run by the Trust in the same spirit of equality and managed through the same process of consensus as has been the case for decades."
Mills commented "Our 49th birthday party in September was no accident of celebration. It was a statement of what we have all built, and a commitment for the future."
