Becky Hill, KSI, Sigrid, Dermot Kennedy and Mimi Webb join bill for Radio 1’s Out Out! Live

Becky Hill, KSI, Sigrid, Dermot Kennedy and Mimi Webb are the latest artists to join the bill for Radio 1’s Out Out! Live. 

Taking place at The SSE Arena, Wembley on Saturday 16 October 2021, the star-studded party will be packed with live music and entertainment in celebration of the return of the night out.

The event will be hosted by Radio 1’s Greg James, Vick Hope, and Jordan North, with performance highlights and behind the scenes action to be broadcast in a special show on Radio 1 from 4.30 – 5.45pm on Thursday 21 October. In addition, Radio 1’s Out Out! Live Best Bits will air on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Sunday 17 October, 11.30 – 12.30pm, with full sets available to watch later on Radio 1’s iPlayer channel. Performance highlights will be available on Radio 1’s YouTube channel and on BBC Sounds. BBC Radio 1Xtra will also be featuring highlights from AJ Tracey’s set on The 1Xtra Breakfast Show with Nadia Jae (7 – 10am) and in DJ Target’s show (7 – 9pm) on Thursday 21 October. 

Priority tickets for the free event were allocated to The Prince’s Trust, UK Youth and Youth Music to distribute the free tickets to the young people benefitting from each charity’s services. Remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public at 8.30am today (Monday 4 October). There is no charge for the event itself but a standard booking fee of £3.75 per ticket will be applied to cover ticket handling and other associated costs. 

Greg James says: “We’ve all been in in for ages so to be allowed out out to do an event will be really fun fun and I can’t wait wait.” 

Biffy Clyro say: “We are delighted to be part of Out Out! Live. After the last year and a half it’s going to be amazing to bring a room full of people together and celebrate those who have been affected most in the pandemic, as well as the return of live music. We can’t wait to see you all - it's going to be special!” 

Dermot Kennedy says: “I’m so so excited to be part of Radio 1’s Out Out Live at Wembley. I’m so happy to be part of this line up, and I can’t wait to see you and sing these songs for you.” 

KSI says: “Ya boy KSI is joining the line-up for Radio 1's Out Out Live. Cannot wait to get out and perform in front of you all at Wembley, it's gonna be special. Expect all the hits and tracks from my new album All Over The Place." 

Mimi Webb says: “I am so excited to be performing at Radio 1’s Out Out! Live alongside so many incredible artists. Wembley is an iconic venue and performing here is a dream come true, I can’t be more grateful to Radio 1 for this opportunity. My debut EP will be out a few days after the show and I can’t wait to give everyone a taste of it.” 

Sigrid says: “I’m incredibly excited to share the Wembley Arena stage with so many talented people I love listening to the music of! And I can’t wait to see all of you!!”
