BBC Radio 1 announce the biggest names in dance for Ibiza

BBC Radio 1 is returning to Ibiza, taking some of the biggest artists including David Guetta and Idris Elba to Ibiza Rocks on Friday 2^nd August celebrating 24 years of Radio 1 in Ibiza.

Continuing their legacy on the island, Radio 1 are treating listeners and fans on the ground to a night of back to back sets from some of the biggest DJs in the world, hosted by Radio 1’s dance champions Annie Mac and Danny Howard.

Joining Radio 1 on Friday night will be some incredible performances from:

David Guetta says: “I’m looking forward to be back at Radio 1’s Ibiza Weekend! We’ll have a great party, see you there!” 

Kölsch says: “Radio 1 in Ibiza has become an annual tradition for me. This year is very special, as I'm going B2B with the amazing Annie Mac at Ibiza Rocks. It can only become magical.”

Keeping the party running on Friday night, Danny Howard will be joined by Sonny Fodera, Gorgon City, Nicole Moudaber and Eli & Fur on his Friday night show (11pm-1am UK time).

On Saturday, MistaJam will also be hosting a Dance Anthems Special from Café Mambo to celebrate the iconic venue’s 25th anniversary.
