Leading independent multi-disciplined music and media organisation Atlantic Screen Group (ASG) today announces a significant expansion of its music publishing and sync operations, supported by a series of strategic appointments and new partnerships.
Founded in 2010, Atlantic Screen Group operates globally across music publishing, music supervision, and film/TV music services, providing a nurturing and creatively driven home for songwriting talent and screen music services worldwide. Through Atlantic Screen Music, Atlantic Screen Scores, and Nightjar, it continues to grow its independent offering, with a mission to empower talent while delivering high-level creative campaigns across screen and music industries.
Recent notable titles for its publishing and supervision teams include the US number one box office hit A Working Man, Monkey, The Salt Path, The Apprentice, and The Surfer.
Rupert Hollier has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Atlantic Screen Group, recognising his pivotal role in the company’s development across music publishing and film/TV music services.
Rosie Hill has been promoted to President of Nightjar Music and Nightjar Songs Publishing, divisions of Atlantic Screen Group, where she has driven significant growth since joining in 2021 as its first Global Director of Sync and launching the Nightjar publishing imprint earlier this year. Hill, whose two-decade career spans Warner Chappell, Sentric Music, and Imagem (now Concord), where she led the UK sync team for eight years, also sits on the Guild of Music Supervisors Rightsholders Committee.
“Rosie’s passion and dedication have driven Nightjar’s expansion, and I’m delighted to see her take this well-deserved leadership role,” says Hollier. “With Tom Paul joining to strengthen our sync offering, we are scaling up creatively and operationally while staying true to our commitment to empower talent.”
“I’m incredibly proud of the team we’ve built at Nightjar and the culture we’re nurturing,” says Hill. “It’s a privilege to work alongside writers, producers, artists and creatives who trust us to support their visions and build careers with integrity and passion.”
Simon Fawcett, CEO off Atlantic Screen Group concluded, “our latest moves underscores our commitment to expanding our creative ecosystem while remaining independent, collaborative, and writer/artist-focused in a fast-evolving global music landscape”
As part of its expansion, Tom Paul, former Decca Records sync executive, joins Nightjar’s sync team, strengthening its creative and operational sync capabilities and reflecting its commitment to delivering high-level placement campaigns for its writers and catalogues.
Additionally, Nightjar has entered an exclusive creative publishing partnership with 5DB Studios and Label, led by ex-Parlophone and Columbia Records executive Alex Eden Smith and based in West London’s expansive industrial Victorian hub for studios, production companies, and labels, Walters Workshops. 5DB will now offer its artists a full creative and administrative publishing service through Nightjar, crafted to be extremely writer-friendly while providing the full suite of in-house Nightjar support.
“Partnering with 5DB is an absolute dream,” Hill adds. “Their roster is fantastically eclectic, and Alex and his team share an ethos that is honest, passionate, and nurturing. It’s a genuine honour they have chosen Nightjar as their creative publishing partner.”
Alex Eden Smith, 5DB, says:
“We’re hugely excited about working with Rosie Hill and all of the Nightjar team. From day one, it feels we have all been aligned on creating a partnership that will truly help develop and nurture our artists’ creativity. Rosie’s passion and expertise are invaluable and incredibly refreshing.”
Atlantic Screen Group’s latest moves underscore its commitment to expanding its creative ecosystem while remaining independent, collaborative, and artist-focused in a fast-evolving global music landscape.
