Armada Music opens UK office in London

Ever looking to expand its reach and significance across the globe, Armada Music has taken a big step to gain additional foothold in one of the world’s most important and reputable music scenes. Today, the Amsterdam-based record label opened its U.K. office in London, a little over a year after setting up shop in New York.
 
“Opening our office in London truly is the next step in the international development of Armada Music”, Maykel Piron, the CEO of Armada Music, states. “It has always been our goal to develop stronger roots in the U.K. market. Not only to benefit the performance of our releases in this region, but also to establish better relationships with our partners. The U.K. is one of the most important music markets in the world, and we’re extremely excited to be right there in the thick of the action.”
 
The Armada office in London will serve as a base of operations for a small, basic team, as well as for various Armada staff members (e.g. CEO, General Management, A&R, PR, Marketing), who will be alternating visits every week. The branch will focus mainly on local A&R and promotion.
