Amazon Music returns to Primavera Sound to exclusively livestream the festival to audiences around the world



Amazon Music and Primavera Sound join forces for the third consecutive year

Music fans around the world will be able to tune in to the event from 30th May – 1st June

Primavera Sound will be broadcast in Spanish and English on the Amazon Music channels on Twitch and Prime Video

 

Amazon Music today announces its return to Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona. The streaming service will exclusively produce and broadcast the livestream of select performances from the 22nd edition of Primavera Sound, taking place from 30th May until 1st June at Parc del Forum in Barcelona. Teaming up with the festival for a third year, Amazon Music will provide music fans around the world with access to a weekend full of live music on Prime Video and the Amazon Music channels on Twitch. 

Amazon Music returning to Primavera Sound marks its continued commitment to connecting fans to the artists they love on a global scale. Already this year the streaming service has broadcast live from globally renowned festivals across the US and Central America, creating immersive and exclusive experiences for music fans on the ground and at home. 

This spring, Primavera Sound will be broadcast in both Spanish and English, with no associated cost. The festival will be broadcast across two channels of original content, and a third channel which will be simulcast with subtitles. Viewers can tune in via the Amazon Music channels on Twitch, as well as on Prime Video, starting at 18:30 BST each day. Throughout the weekend, viewers around the world will be able to tune in to the live broadcast which will showcase performances from a wide variety of artists across genres, as well as behind the scenes interviews and content.

On site, the Amazon Music Stage which will play host to an impressive line-up of world-class artists. New for 2024, Amazon Music have created an exclusive viewing deck overlooking the Amazon Music Stage, which will be accessible for music fans who use the streaming service to get the best view of the performances. 

Primavera Sound will welcome tens of thousands of music fans in person to the festival grounds in the heart of Barcelona, with the Amazon Music livestream bringing the festival atmosphere and select performances to audiences at home. Fans can tune in daily in on the Amazon Music channels on Twitch or Prime Video.
