ATC Group is pleased to announce its plans to list on the UK's Alternative Investment Market ("AIM") alongside a new investment round which is raising a gross sum of £8.6m prior to expenses.
The funding will help expand ATC's uniquely integrated and data-led approach that encompasses divisions in artist and songwriter representation (ATC Management, ROAM, Raw Power, ATC Composers, Real Life Management), creator-business services (Sandbag, Driift, Circa, companyX) and events & experiences (ATC Experience, Joy Entertainment Group, ATC LiveX).
Under this umbrella, ATC is already providing tailored support to more than 900 unique clients, helping them navigate changing market dynamics to build successful and self-sustaining creative businesses.
The company is now well-positioned to further capitalise on an emerging data-driven era of music - investing in direct-to-fan services and artist-centric technologies, and developing new partnerships with potential management, agent and artist clients.
Adam Driscoll, CEO, ATC Group:
"Our move to AIM marks a natural evolution to supporting ATC Group's long-term growth ambitions and ensures we are well-positioned to expand the creative and commercial opportunities available to our clients. There are exciting times ahead."
The Group has also announced a significant appointment to the senior leadership team, with James Patterson joining as Chief Operating Officer.
Formerly VP of Global Operations & Market Development at independent media buying platform The Trade Desk, where he was responsible for heading a period of rapid international expansion, James will bring unrivalled expertise to ATC's future plans.
The Group's board has also been bolstered by the appointment of Cliff Fluet, partner at Lewis Silkin LLP as Non-Executive Director.
Adam Driscoll, CEO, ATC Group:
"We are delighted to welcome James Patterson to the senior management team as Chief Operating Officer, as well as the expertise offered by Cliff Fluet. James' career has been driven by a determination to build better client and customer relationships, using data as a key facilitator. He most recently played a leading role in building The Trade Desk into a multi-billion dollar NASDAQ listed company that is now a key player in the data-led advertising industry."
James Patterson, COO, ATC Group:
"ATC is uniquely positioned to connect data ecosystems across an entire artist's business. The Group brings together skills and experiences that range from artist management and live representation, through to merch and e-commerce, artist services and live events in a way that few organisations can match. Empowering artists with the data and technology tools they need to grow their businesses along with providing direct access to their fans is a transformative moment for the industry. I'm delighted to join such an exceptional leadership team at such a pivotal time for the business."
Following an earlier Initial Public Offering (IPO) in December 2021, ATC's core businesses have been boosted by a series of strategic acquisitions, including direct-to-fan merchandising company Sandbag, live music promoter Joy Entertainment Group, the Brighton-based venues Concorde 2 and Volks, management company and record label Easy Life Entertainment, and Raw Power Management, home to artists including Bring Me The Horizon, Bullet For My Valentine, Jordan Adetunji, The Damned and Heartworms.
In September 2025, ATC Live unified with US-based Arrival Artists to establish ROAM - the world's biggest independent live booking agency, and fifth largest globally, with offices in London, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Paris and Glasgow.
