Abbey Road's Amplify programme returns for its fifth edition in London and Manchester this November

This year, Abbey Road is expanding its annual Amplify festival to Manchester, across nine days of free events. Abbey Road will open its doors to the next generation of artists, engineers, and creatives for masterclasses, immersive recording sessions, production workshops, A&R listening sessions, mix feedback, and Q&As.

The first week runs from 3 to 8 November at Abbey Road in London, with the second week scheduled at Abbey Road's new studio in the Co-Op Arena in Manchester on 19 and 20 November, concluding with a full day of panels at Aviva Studios on 21 November.

World-renowned producers Kid Harpoon (Harry Styles, Florence + The Machine) and Fraser T Smith (Adele, Stormzy) will run remote and in-person mentoring workshops, while artists including Nova Twins and Alfie Templeman will take part in panel discussions and recording workshops in London.

In Manchester, producers including Ross Orton (Arctic Monkeys, M.I.A) and Rich Turvey (Blossoms, Courteeners, The Coral), and artists Jeremy Pritchard (Everything Everything), Lewis Whiting (English Teacher), and Phoebe Green will contribute to a series of workshops and panel discussions.
