2AM introduces Lenny, the first AI agent redefining audience engagement in live entertainment

After a successful large-scale deployment at Rock en Seine, the Paris-based startup brings AI-native communication to festivals and venues.

2AM unveils
Lenny, the first AI agent purpose-built for audience engagement and live event operations, covering the full audience journey - before, during, and after the show. Designed specifically for the live entertainment sector, Lenny helps organizers scale communication, relieve team pressure, and better understand audience needs.

Ushering in a new era of audience engagement
2AM develops AI agents tailored for festivals, venues and live productions. Its system responds instantly to audience emails and routes complex cases to the right teams, ensuring every request is handled - even during peak or off-hours.

2AM also functions as an alert system. It identifies unusual peaks or recurring issues in audience interaction, allowing organizers to react quickly and adjust their operations. The AI is equally capable of flagging sensitive or urgent messages that require immediate human attention.

By analyzing the full flow of incoming communication, 2AM provides insight into audience needs and expectations. This helps organizers anticipate needs before they escalate into operational challenges. In addition, the system shields staff from the high volume of aggressive or hostile emails that often fall on temporary workers or interns. By managing this first line of contact, 2AM contributes to healthier working conditions.

“Contact with audiences is moving from limited problem-solving to continuous dialogue. With 2AM, we provide the infrastructure that allows events to embrace this change and scale it confidently
Marine Rivollet, CEO & co-founder, 2AM

Data privacy and reliability at the core
2AM works with information that comes directly from organizers, ensuring accuracy and avoiding outdated data. The company is fully GDPR-compliant and operates on proprietary algorithms developed in-house. The technology integrates smoothly into existing workflows, making it a practical solution for event teams.

A fast-growing story
R&D began in 2022, right after ChatGPT 3.5’s release. Lenny was pre-launched at France Music Week in June 2025, then selected by Wallifornia MusicTech’s startup program in July. In August, 2AM delivered its first large-scale deployment at Rock En Seine (180,000 attendees), marking a milestone for AI in live operations. 2AM was also recognised among the 22 European AI startups shaping the live music in the IMEMS 2025 report.

“Having Lenny generate responses and forward complex requests to the right person was a real support for our team, especially during moments we are surrounded by demands. Our team gained productivity and provided quicker answers. We're happy to renew the collaboration for the next edition”

Mélody Adams, Deputy Director, Rock En Seine
The company was founded in Paris by Marine Rivollet and Chloé Lavrat. Marine comes from the music industry, where she worked with festivals such as RoBOt and Linecheck. Chloé is a specialist in machine learning and artificial intelligence, with experience at Ircam Amplify and Sony CSL. Together they are now leading 2AM’s international expansion, currently raising funds and in discussions with events across Europe and beyond. The team will present its work at MaMA (Paris) in October and at Forum of Festivals (Berlin) in November.
