Making Me Fall

Artist: Moya
Label: Four to One/Absolute
Impact date: September 24
ROTD featured date: Wednesday 15 August 2012

We say

Making Me Fall is a strong statement of intent from newcomer Moya. A classic arrangement with epic strings build to a romantic crescendo as Moya's vocal soars above a strong feature from Neil Thomas to great effect. We're still seven weeks ahead of release for the single, but the campaign has got off to a flying start with Tom Robinson featuring on 6Music and further plays on 'New To Q'. Perez Hilton has declared Moya 'the female Bruno Mars' which sits nicely alongside Digital Spy's '10 Tracks You Need To Hear' which ran last week. In the last 10 days YouTube plays of Making Me Fall have rocketed to over 13,000. Her soulful talent has already been noted by Wiley who looks keen on a collaboration, and an influx of fashion, female and urban press, including Flavour Magazine who recently included her as their 'Future Flavour'.
