We say

Newcastle-based three piece The Pale White are an exciting new band who formed at the end of last year when brothers Adam and Jack Hope hooked up with their bass player friend Tom Booth. Already they’ve received well-deserved attention with early word-of-mouth praise locally which led to acclaim further afield from tastemaker blogs Crack In The Road and The Tipping Point. Then came a sold-out show in their hometown, a publishing deal, and live representation that's led them onto support slots for Maximo Park and Sundara Karma. So much has been achieved in the past year but it’s just the beginning. Currently working on new material in the studio with producer Adrian Bushby, this first song is a real statement of intent. Punchy retro-tinged indie with a simple ear worm of a chorus that reminds us at times of the wonderful band The La's, it’s all over in just under three minutes and will have you craving for more. Great British guitar music is on the rise again and these lads are a rather tasty prospect to watch very closely.
