We say

Fresh from supporting Blondie and the legendary Patti Smith on tour recently, The Carnabys are a five-piece from West London, all still under 20, comprising of Ben Gittins, James Morgan, Mike Delizo, Frankie Connolly and charismatic lead singer Jack Mercer. This is their second single and comes from the forthcoming debut album No Money On The Moon, produced Eliot James at London's Eastcote Studios. Packed full of charm and a great melody to boot, there's a real retro feel going on here but it's one that sets it apart from the rest of the pack right now as it has a timeless quality about it too.  You can hear passionate soul, confident swagger and the true rock 'n' roll spirit in every syllable, every chord and every beat of this track. Debbie Harry invited them back on tour after supporting her and the band at their recent Shepherd's Bush gig. Now watch out for a full UK tour in the coming weeks, including a show at London's Borderline on October 7. If the media predictions come true and that 2015 sees new British guitar rock breakthrough once more in a very big way, you can be sure these guys will be leading the charge from the front.
