ROB HALLETT MAKES HIS FIRST HIRE FOR NEW COMPANY ROBOMAGIC

Rob Hallett has begun to build a team for his brand new venture Robomagic with the hiring of promoter Bonita McKinney. Bonita will work within the Robomagic Live division of the company with a specific remit to seek out and sign up the music stars of the future and develop the careers of artists at the start of their musical journey. Bonita will begin her role effective immediately.

Rob Hallett said “I want the most switched on people in the industry working with us and Bonita certainly is. Her knowledge of new music and new artists is incredible and she has a natural instinct for promotion. I’m confident she’s going to be a huge asset to my new business”

Bonita McKinney said “I am thrilled to be joining Robomagic Live. It is extremely exciting to be involved in a company from the beginning and work with Rob who is without doubt one of the best in the business. I’m passionate about making sure artists get the right kind of deal and they are given the support and expert advice they need to succeed. That ethos is at the heart of Robomagic and that’s why I’m here”

Bonita was previously a promoter with DHP Family and was the lead programmer for venues Bristol Thekla, Nottingham Rescue Rooms and Bodega. In addition she booked and ran the renowned Dot to Dot Festival. Prior to this she was an in-house promoter for the Academy Music Group, booking all O2 Academy Venues across the UK.
