Having rounded off another hugely successfully year of educational and motivational electronic music events in 2015, International Music Summit has now announced its 2016 return with three global summits across IMS Engage, IMS Ibiza and IMS Asia-Pacific. Designed to celebrate the full spectrum of dance music artistry via various panels, workshops and parties, IMS has widely established itself as the premier platform for thought and leadership in electronic music - and brings together a wealth of artists, visionaries, brands and entrepreneurs at each conference.
The 2016 calendar begins with IMS Engage on 21st April and will be hosted by W Hollywood, featuring conversations between icons of electronic music and the wider-world of film, fashion, finance and futurism. In May, IMS will head to Ibiza for their main, global flagship summit - a comprehensive three-day event that sets the agenda for the year ahead.
After successfully venturing into new territory first in 2014 to Singapore and then again in 2015 in Shanghai, China, IMS is also excited to present a reimagined and united new IMS Asia-Pacific effort in 2016. This year, the industry will come together in Shanghai, China for a combined two-day Summit that will invite the global industry together from across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

Without a doubt, Asia has become the next frontier for electronic music with an incredible population of young, eager fans, hopeful talent and hungry professionals aiming to help cultivate the electronic music scene in the region. China alone offers up millions of potential consumers, all interested in the country’s growing nightlife and festival culture.
IMS China in 2015 was the first electronic music conference to take place in the country, and in 2016, IMS Asia-Pacific will continue bridging the gap between Eastern and Western cultures. Through informed panels, captivating keynotes and interactive networking sessions, IMS offers the chance for global industry icons and local leaders alike to share their knowledge and experiences, all in an environment designed to celebrate the artistry of DJing, the wider industry and beyond.
