Alex Katter Joins Twenty First Artists

Twenty First Artists, the international artist management company, has announced that London based artist manager Alex Katter has joined its team.

Reporting directly to Twenty First Artists CEO Colin Lester, 25 year old Alex Katter will bring his existing roster of clients, who include Leah Weller & artist/songwriters Paul Lewis and Mr Wayne among others, to Twenty First Artists.

A graduate of the Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford Alex started his career at Safe Management, the artist management company founded by Bob and Chris Herbert, where he spent 4 years working with artists such as Bens Brother, Girls Can’t Catch and The Ryes.

He left Safe Management in July 2010 to launch his own company AKArtists and, as well as consulting for 19 Entertainment, Alex built a strong roster of artists and a reputation for discovering and nurturing new artists and writers.

Colin Lester, Twenty First Artists CEO said, “Alex is an excellent artist manager who will bring energy, enthusiasm and an exceptional track record of spotting exciting new talent to our company. He comes to us with several great artists and we are looking forward to helping him develop those while providing him with the support and infrastructure to expand his current roster.”

Alex Katter said, “I’m delighted to be joining Twenty First Artists at such an exciting time for the company. Colin Lester is very ambitious and has a clear vision for taking the company forward and that’s something that really appeals to me. This move will allow me to continue developing my current roster while working with the team here to discover new artists who can have long-term careers and global, crossover appeal.”
