PledgeMusic is an online artist-to-fan platform that brings the music experience alive for both artists and fans. Through each project, artists are able to connect and presell exclusive offers directly to their fans to market their release months in advance. This creates buzz and excitement around the release, strengthens the connection between artist and fans, and applies to anything and everything music - from albums and videos to tours and books. Fans become part of that music making experience and receive access to exclusive behind the scenes content and get a chance to obtain signed memorabilia and some great brag-worthy moments, such as dinner with the artist, personal phone conversations and singing onstage with the artist.

Role Description: Customer Services Co-Ordinator

The role is a permanent position within the Customer Service team contributing to the day to day running of the department. You will gain valuable experience in the music industry within a great team at an exciting company that's growing every day.

The role is also a gateway to a further career within PledgeMusic. Career progression is a focus and big drive for PledgeMusic. This role is perfect for entry into any area of the music industry.


- Daily duties will involve a range of customer-orientated tasks, through written communication via Zendesk, our website, social media and the phone.

- Working directly with the UK Customer Service Manager, the successful candidate will receive training on our system and spend their day working with project managers on all artists' campaigns to provide the highest quality of customer service.

- They will also help drive engagement between artists and fans, and develop a globally admired support system by working closely with the PledgeMusic team, artists and fans.

- The successful candidate will take ownership of situations and be the middle - man between artists, fans and our internal team.


Skills & Experience


- A confident communicator who is driven and passionate to succeed

- Evidence of a hard work ethic and project management skills

- Ability to identify and resolve problems

- Evidence you are a fast leaner and would suit a fast-paced, start-up environment

- Display initiative and display the ability to make decisions, both independently and as part of a team

- A skilled, confident writer with ability to flex tone based on the customer or client


Preferred (but not essential)

- Previous experience in a Customer Service role



- A passion for music and/or knowledge of the industry

- Knowledge of new technologies and companies within the music industry sector

- Experience using Customer Service platforms such as Desk/Zendesk

- Previous experience in a Customer Service role
