Tina Dico
Warm Sand

unsigned/Finest Gramophone

WE SAY

Tina guested on the last Zero 7 album, then signed to Sony UK, made an album with Chris Potter producing, left Sony after the merger, got the masters back, and is now unsigned and self-releasing (words we expect to be writing a lot during 2006). Radio 2 are big supporters, adding Warm Sand to their B list and the album In The Red is due to be Record of the Week when it's released on January 30. The album debuted at no 1 in Tina's native Denmark, where she plays to audiences of 2,000. It will be released in the UK on January 30, and Tina will open for A-Ha on three of their dates here. London date: Borderline, January 30 plus support on Ben Lee's tour.
