Ben Watt feat. Estelle
Pop A Cap In Yo Ass

Buzzin Fly

WE SAY

Staff picks of 2005 - Paul Scaife writes: Never destined for the 'future hit' status RotD normally seeks, this is an incredible and very moving piece of music deserving of wider attention. The lush strings keep the deep house shuffling along effortlessly, while Estelle, (who recorded the spoken-word tale that Ben Watt wrote before she struck chart success), tells of urban life perfectly in character with a rarely-heard realsim in lines like "He's not a bad man, I want him back whatever". Soulful, innovative and poignant. Elsewhere, everything from Stereophonics' Dakota to British Sea Power's Please Stand Up earnt my listening time alongside albums from Arcade Fire and Elbow.
