The Lumineers
Ho Hey

Decca

WE SAY

American rustic-folk trio The Lumineers have blown up in the States and are set to head over to the UK, as they look to mirror their phenomenal success in Europe. Their rise has seen 150,000 album sales, and 430,000 downloads of Ho Hey on independent Nashville-based label Dualtone, leading to a label bidding war and eventual penning of a deal with Decca. What makes it even more impressive is that this has all happened since a landmark show at SXSW just four months ago. Ho Hey will get its first servicing in the UK in September and should do well at radio, timed to coincide with their first trip over will be a press heavy show at Hoxton Bar & Grill. Video.

London Gigs: September 17, Hoxton Bar & Grill (debut UK gig) // November 6, Supporting The Civil Wars, Roundhouse NW1 // November 12, Dingwalls (headline)
