James Vincent McMorrow
Higher Love

Believe/Sound Training

WE SAY

James Vincent McMorrow provides a stirring vocal in this powerful Steve Winwood cover. Higher Love has picked up top spot on Hype Machine this week and is available digitally now or on iTunes as part of the charity compilation Silver Lining. It will also be released as the B side to James' forthcoming single We Don't Eat on October 17 as limited vinyl at Rough Trade. With a national tour lined up for October, James has already performed to sold out crowds at London's St Pancras Church, ICA and Queen Elizabeth Hall, along with festival appearances including SXSW, The Great Escape, Glastonbury and Latitude. His last single Sparrow and Wolf was playlisted on Radio 2, and picked up early 'In New Music We Trust' playlisting on Radio 1, with further support from Fearne Cotton, Huw Stephens, Jo Whiley, Annie Mac, Zane Lowe, Rob Da Bank and Nick Grimshaw. Critically acclaimed across the press, debut album - Early in The Morning - received strong reviews from Mojo, Uncut, Q, The Guardian and Sunday Times Culture to name a few.

London Gig: October 18, Rough Trade West W11
