Housse De Racket
Oh Yeah!

Schmooze

WE SAY

Housse De Racket are French duo Victor and Pierre. They've earned their stripes having previously worked with Phoenix, Air, The Teenagers, Chilly Gonzales and Benjamin Diamond (Stardust), either as session guys in the studio or live on stage. Forty Love, Housse De Racket's debut album was produced by Gonzales and Renaud Letang. Their first UK single Synthétiseur was released on the renowned 50 Bones label, and became one of the most-blogged tracks of 2009, which included an endorsement from Kanye West on his Universecity blog. In fact, Housse De Racket's quirky and catchy turns have been gathering a huge amount of positive coverage on blogs of late. Oh Yeah! was a Top 15 hit in France and has just been released in the UK as two digital EPs and a limited edition 7" featuring remixes by a new breed of production talent from around the world (check them out here). Album Forty Love will be released in the UK later this month and comes complete with a bonus remix album. Video.
London gig: August 12, The Lexington N1
