With a track that’s positively bubbling with energy, meet 17-year-old DJ, producer and multi instrumentalist Vidorra from Birmingham. This emerging artist was featured as part of BBC Asian Network’s Yasser ‘On The Scene 2017’ in December, and was described as ‘one of those people in life who are so talented that it makes you feel a little bit sick!”. This latest track (which follows up the well-received Get Down from back in September) features US hit songwriter Mickey Shiloh, an artist who’s written and featured on tracks for superstars including Britney, Pitbull, Iggy Azalea and dozens more, after being signed and developed by Rodney ‘Darkchild’ Jerkins. Vidorra’s already been shown big love and support by BBC Introducing as an exciting new star of the British-Asian scene. It’s a world that’s rich and vibrant with sounds and influences today, embracing so many different genres, both mainstream and underground. Highly infectious, fizzing with ideas and creativity, we sense this prodigious teenager is a fresh and highly motivated UK discovery, just ready to burst in a huge way.
