WE SAY
Taxi Doll are an LA five piece who are signed to Universal's Motown imprint in the US and have been picked up over here by Europa. In a similar vein to Rogue Traders, they are an electro pop band with a strong dance edge. Waiting has already become a club and dance radio hit stateside, where it reached at number number three on Billboard's Dance Airplay chart. Radio support here is starting nicely with B list at Galaxy and Pete Tong a fan at Radio 1. It deserves wider plays for being a very well executed, not to mention very catchy, piece of hybrid music.
