WE SAY
One eskimO is a new band led by Kristian Leontiou, with a Rollo Armstrong-produced album 'All Balloons' due next year. This and another track called Kandi have both been picking up significant spot plays on Radio 2 without being pushed, and a Janice Long session is lined up. Hometime is on a Toyota Prius advert that has just been confirmed to run worldwide. A strong team is in place to break this act, with One eskimO signed to Warner Chappell for publishing. The brilliant animated video with the apposite environmental message is building YouTube views and is playlisted on MTV2 and Flux - it's a perfect accompaniment to this lush number, which is reminiscent of John Martyn's Solid Air.
