Currently on tour with Alesha Dixon around the UK, Los Angeles-born artist Nicol has recently had big attention from the majors in the US, showcasing in recent months for Universal, Sony and Warners. She is signed with EMI Denmark and is picking up lots of radio play in Scandinavia. She has also just written a song commissioned by Sony Benelux for the winner of Pop Idol over there. Songs like single Fall Down (and others on her MySpace) deliver Nicol's classic- sounding pop formula which is winning her fans on tour at the moment and should warm her to radio too.
