WE SAY
This laid-back but effortlessly catchy synth-pop track from Fenech Soler impressed us on first listen. The trio from Northamptonshire, who feature on the In The City Unsigned 2008 album (on iTunes now), have gained some fine early press at just the right time. So far this this month they have been band of the day in both The Times and Guardian (with the latter claiming 'Mark our words – the ITC shebang is as good as theirs'). Currently working with producer Mark Brydon (Moloko) on an EP, Fenech Soler are unsigned, unpublished and available for management. JF ITC Gig: Sunday October 5, One Central Street, 22:00
