Carry Me On
WE SAY
Returning to the label they first started with back in 2006, and following previous smashes In Your Eyes and Loveline, Drum and Bass powerhouses the Brookes Brothers return with another soul-infused belter Carry Me On, which is shaping up to be another big hitter on dancefloors and airwaves alike. This time they team up with rising vocalist Chrom3, whose contributions have appeared on two UK number ones - Dizzee Rascal's Holiday and Dance Wiv Me. Starting out as a Zane Lowe Hottest Record back in May, and later being selected as a Big Thing by both Dev and Nick Grimshaw, Carry Me On is now sitting on the Radio 1, 1Xtra, Ministry of Sound and Kiss Fresh playlists, rising to no. 1 on Cool Cuts last week. A cool animated clip has notched up an impressive 350k plays in two weeks, becoming the second most viewed video on UKF Drum & Bass last month. Watch this one fly.
