WE SAY
Now, this feelgood dance tune by Blaise is sure to brighten up your day. Originally produced as an instrumental by the Ministry of Sound DJ with producer Theo Douk, the track quickly made waves in the club circuit earlier this year when it was released by Jinsing, a newly formed label by songwriter Jin Jin (Jess Glynne, Jax Jones, Sigala, David Guetta). Co-written by RAYE, Freedo (Zara Larsson) and Jin Jin, this stonking vocal version, featuring rising Brazilian star Nono and British reggae legend Sweetie Irie, has already received early tastemaker spins from the likes of Charlsey and Target on 1Xtra, as well as support from Spotify on their editorial All Night Party playlist. With its bouncy bassline and an infectious trombone hook that just makes you want to move, Good Body is primed to take over dancefloors and the streets over the coming months with its carnival and summery vibe. In short, a total banger.
