Belle Humble
I Coulda Had U Last Nite
WE SAY
Belle Humble is a London-based artist who we came across when picking through applications for City Showcase festival recently. Incorporating jazz, hip-hop, broken beat and reggae into her sound, Belle's demo stood out from the pile, and this lo-fi slow-jam was a charming introduction. Another song, Got Me Tryin' - a more uptempo number available on her MySpace - was recently licensed to Canadian teen drama Falcon Beach. She is currently collaborating with artists and producers in Canada and London and making her debut EP. An interesting prospect, Belle Humble is available for management and records. JF London gig: June 4th-8th, City Showcase, venue tbc.
