WE SAY
We were instantly impressed with the grand ambition and US EDM stylings meet R&B pop vibes of the latest release from BIMM graduate Sam Stevenson, aka SVEN when it landed in our inbox. We have been keeping a tab on the young star since featuring his gorgeous debut Shoreditch_ last July, which featured on Spotify’s NMF and New Pop playlists on release. Since then, SVEN has continued to impress with follow up singles, Frustration and Spare Tyre, which have picked up tastemaker support from Irish press and additions to Spotify editorial playlists. Now back with this dreamy gem, the multi-instrumentalist, singer-songwriter and producer has proved, once again, what a talent he is with this thoroughly modern and impassioned offering. One to watch.
