Drenched in smooth and soulful tones, Honesty is the latest release from Grammy-nominated British producer and songwriter Maths Time Joy. The producer, whose credits include previous RotD’s, Sober and Proud of Me by Mahalia, also records with Bebe Rexha, RØMANS and Mary J Blige, has joined forces again with Swedish-Iranian songwriter and vocalist Ayelle in this gorgeous downtempo and sultry number. Released earlier this month, the single follows his critically acclaimed Sunset Motel EP, which has amassed over 3.5m combined streams and garnered tastemaker support from likes of 1Xtra’s Jamz Supernova, The Line of Best Fit, Complex, Spotify (NMF) and Apple Music (Best of the Week/A List: Electronic) to name just a few.
