Grovesnor
Drive Your Car (Demo)

unsigned/ Greco-Roman

WE SAY

Grovesnor aka Rob Smoughton, a former drummer for Hot Chip, releases Drive Your Car as the follow up to Nitemoves, the opening track on last year's DJ Kicks mix album. It's a great synth pop love song. Other members of the Greco-Roman collective contribute to a strong remix package - Oliver $, Bird Peterson and of course, Hot Chip. It's currently a Record of the Week on Radcliffe and Maconie's R2 show and has had support from Rob Da Bank and Annie Mac on R1. It has had positive reviews in the Guardian Guide and on Pitchfork too. Grovesnor is available for records and publishing. Legal: Ben Mawson at SSB. London Gig: March 27, Moshi Moshi night (w/ Black Affair), Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen N1- 20:30
