Dirty Love (Your Love) ft. Jordan Reece
WE SAY
Basheba comes from north west London and has been making music since she was 14. After being shortlisted for MTV Brand New Unsigned at the start of the year, her recent debut single No More was championed by key tastemakers including MTV Base, Channel AKA, SBTV, Capital Xtra and BBC Radio 1Xtra. We now hear the Rudimental boys are chasing her to appear on their next album project. Basheba's soulful second single is an evocative and atmospheric track, produced by Dean Barratt, with drum & bass rhythms and swirling strings underpinning it all. Additional vocals come from Jordan Reece, an old school friend, whose voice here subtly blends with hers. Aside from her music career starting to take off, Basheba is now also stretching her talent even further, delving into the world of fashion too and will launch her own clothing brand later in the year. We love her look. We love her drive. We love her ambition. We love her sound.
