Harriet Rose and Munya Chawawa confirmed to present The BRITs 2025: The Warm-Up on ITV2 and ITVX

Saturday 1st March, The O2 arena in London

Exclusively broadcast on ITV1 and ITVX

The BRIT Awards 2025 with Mastercard today announce that the award-winning comedian, actor, presenter and writer Jack Whitehall will be back to host this year’s ceremony, which takes place Saturday 1st March at The O2 arena, London, broadcast exclusively on ITV1 and ITVX.

This will mark Jack’s fifth time at the helm of the show, having previously hosted in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.

Jack said:They say that absence makes the heart grow fonder, and that is absolutely the case with The BRIT Awards - it is my favourite night of the year, and I am delighted to be invited back to host in 2025.”

Damian Christian, Managing Director and President of Promotions at Atlantic Records (part of Warner Music UK) and Chair of the BRIT Committee for 2025 added:“I'm excited that we've been able to bring Jack back to host for a fifth time. Jack is a true professional who makes one of the toughest gigs on TV look effortless. His cutting wit will keep everyone on their toes, while his charm and humour will make the audience at home feel closer to the awards."

The BRITs also today confirms that presenter and DJ Harriet Rose and presenter, producer and satirist Munya Chawawa will be co-presenting The BRITs 2025: The Warm-Up, a BRITs pre-party show on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm on Thursday 27th February. More details to be announced at a later date. Harriet co-presented The BRITs’ Red Carpet Live stream in 2024, with Munya also co-presenting the live stream in 2022.

Harriet Rose said: “The BRITs is easily one of the highlights of my year! I love every minute of chatting with the amazing artists, so being back for 2025 is an absolute dream. I can't wait for all the fun!”

Munya Chawawa said:"I’m hugely excited to present The BRITs 2025: The Warm-Up with Harriet! The awards are always a highlight of the year, and I'm making it my sworn duty to bring you all the magic and mayhem of the night itself to our ITV2 show! First Stormzy’s performance in 2018, and now me; it’s clear The BRITs have a thing for 7ft, absolutely ripped British icons.”

The BRIT Awards 2025 with Mastercard will take place on Saturday 1st March - once again taking place on a Saturday in a primetime TV slot - and will broadcast live on ITV1 and ITVX - from The O2 arena

This year the BRIT award has been designed by Gabriel Moses, an acclaimed British-Nigerian multi-disciplinary artist whose collaborators include Skepta, Little Simz, Burberry and more.

2024 saw Jack complete filming on Amazon Prime thriller, MALICE, starring alongside David Duchovny and Carice Van Houton, which will air in 2025. In addition, he has also filmed FATHERHOOD WITH MY FATHER for Netflix that saw Jack and his father Michael travelling the world to explore what fatherhood means in different countries and cultures, as well as a Christmas special, JACK IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS for Amazon Prime.

An acclaimed comedian who loves the stage, Jack is currently on tour with his father in JACK AND MICHAEL WHITEHALL LIVE - having played Carnegie Hall in New York and a number of UK cities, they are now touring Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Dubai. This tour follows in the footsteps of his fourth sold out arena tour, SETTLE DOWN in 2023, which was released as a Netflix Special. Jack's previous shows were the sold out arena tour JACK WHITEHALL: STOOD UP (2019) that was also a Netflix Special, JACK WHITEHALL: AT LARGE GETS AROUND (2017) and JACK WHITEHALL GETS AROUND (2014), also filmed for Netflix.

As a presenter, Jack has hosted the BRIT Awards for four years (2018-21) and several other prestigious award ceremonies including the GQ Men of the Year Awards (2020), the BAFTA Britannia Awards (2015, 2017-18) and The British Fashion Awards (2014-17). He became the youngest-ever host of the Royal Variety Performance in 2015.

Mastercard will be celebrating their headline sponsorship which is now in its 27th year;  ITV remain as official broadcaster for the 32nd year, and The O2 arena will host The BRITs for its 14th year.

These long-standing partnerships will continue to support and amplify The BRITs’ vision and values, as the event maintains its fundraising for The BRIT Trust, the charitable arm of the awards, who distribute funds to charities that promote education and well-being through music, including The BRIT School and Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy.

Mastercard also continues to partner with the BRIT School to support and celebrate the next generation of creative talent.
