Independent record label Dirty Hit have announced the renewal of their UK physical distribution partnership with Universal Music UK for a further three years. 

Over a decade in length already, their collaborative partnership started in 2010. It has played an important role in contributing to the success of artists such as The 1975,  Bleachers, Beabadoobee, Japanese House, Wolf Alice, Benjamin Francis Leftwich, Rina Sawayama, Pale Waves, and Lava La Rue.

The effective partnership has resulted in a wealth of UK Number 1 albums; notably Beabadoobee’s first with ‘This Is How Tomorrow Moves’. As well as The 1975’s five studio albums to date, which includes the critically acclaimed ‘Notes On A Conditional Form’ and Wolf Alice’s ‘Blue Weekend’. It has also resulted in three Top 5 UK debuts from Rina Sawayama and Pale Waves.
