Stefflon Don will headline the Vevo stage on Saturday night

Raye, Rat Boy and The Japanese House will also perform at Brighton’s Wagner Hall - Thursday 18 - Saturday 20 May 2017

Vevo has today announced its full stage line-up at this year’s The Great Escape, taking place from 18th – 20th May in Brighton. 2017 marks Vevo’s sixth year curating its legendary stage at Europe’s biggest festival for new music, which continues to set the bar for showcasing the brightest and best emerging and unsigned acts, shoulder-to-shoulder with established talent.

Vevo will be returning to Wagner Hall from Thursday 18th May with performances from British alternative act The Japanese House, who supported The 1975 on their huge UK tour recently, and 19-year-old rising star Raye who made the shortlist for BBC’s Sound of 2017. Bringing the hip-hop vibes to the Vevo stage will be Rejjie Snow, whilst Will Joseph Cook will add a tropical summer sound to the mix, with Norwegian quartet Sløtface also slated to perform.

Friday's line-up boasts Rat Boy who’ll be rounding off his two-month tour of the UK in Brighton, Dream Wife who recently unveiled a glam-rock-inspired video for ‘Somebody’, ‘Backbeat’ Norweigan hit-maker Dagny, North London pop duo IDER who revealed their debut ‘Sorry’ this year, and breaking French act Adam Naas.

The final day at the Vevo stage, Saturday 20th, will be headlined by the inimitable, acclaimed London rapper Stefflon Don and will also feature performances from London alt-rockers INHEAVEN, Ryan De La Cruz who have been making waves across the British music scene this year and Manchester duo Shy Luv.

The legendary garden at Wagner Hall will also play host to daytime acoustic sessions from a selection of the artists playing the evening, as well as bonus acts including Liv Dawson, Sigrid, Salen, Poppy Adjuda, The Parrots, Dodie and Killason. Wagner Hall will be open to under 18’s who have purchased a young adult ticket for the festival for the daytime acoustic sessions.
