Now in its ninth consecutive year, Europe's leading free music industry seminar returns on 24 November, offering attendees an unparalleled education in all aspects of the business, from managing talent to making it as an artist.

Organised by Cre8ing Vision in association with the University of Westminster, this year's all-day programme will consist of several panels, including a fireside chat with President of RCA UK and Ministry of Sound Recordings David Dollimore.

The fireside chat will explore David's top industry tips and predictions, as well as his background in the recordings business, from his first 'big break' to his time at RCA. During his long-term tenure at Ministry of Sound, David has helped launch the careers of a number of successful artists, including London Grammar, Sigala and DJ Fresh. He was appointed President of RCA UK in December 2016 after seven years as Managing Director of Ministry of Sound Recordings.

Other speakers confirmed for the 2018 edition include Sulinna Ong (Global VP Artist Marketing, Deezer), Rob Pascoe (General Manager, Virgin EMI), Charlene Grant (Senior A&R, BMG Music Publishing), Cass Lowe (Grammy and Ivor Novello-winning songwriter and producer – Chance The Rapper, Jesse & Joy, Snakehips) and Etta Bond (singer and songwriter – Labrinth, Raf Riley, Wretch 32, Plan B).

Throughout the day, attendees will be treated to a number of eye-opening talks and panels that address the rapidly changing landscape of the music industry and how to succeed in it. There will also be speed networking sessions and a 'Music Surgery' – a unique opportunity for attendees to chat one-on-one with music industry experts.

Endorsed by the likes of Stormzy, Dua Lipa manager Ben Mawson and Island Records US President Darcus Beese, the seminar gives young people the chance to hear from those at the very top of the game and those who have torn up the rules.

TUS is sponsored by RCA, Island Records, Polydor Records, Parlophone Records, Believe Digital, Spitfire Audio, mysnapp, Virgin EMI Records and BMI.
