Tixserve Partners With Tickets.Ie, Ireland’s Largest Independent Ticketing Provider

B2B digital ticket fulfilment platform Tixserve has partnered with Ireland’s largest independent ticketing provider tickets.ie to power the company’s in-app mobile ticket offering.

The deal allows tickets.ie customers to access their digital tickets from within a tickets.ie app, with the Tixserve offering being made available for immediate use by selected clients of tickets.ie.

tickets.ie specialises in stadium ticketing and processes 2.7 million tickets annually for high-volume, high-demand live entertainment events across Ireland. Its clients from the sports, arts, music and theatre sectors drive sales through its website (9.1 million annual impressions), its 370 outlets, and the company dispatches a weekly newsletter to 174,000 subscribers. 

Tixserve is a secure, digital ticket fulfilment platform which enables artists, event promoters and ticket sellers to create a branded, interactive and content-rich digital ticket, which is delivered instantly and directly to consumers’ mobile phones.

The Tixserve digital tickets enable a reduction in ticket printing and distribution costs, whilst the innovative Tixserve ‘track and trace’ technologies assist in the eradication of ticket fraud, and securely enables authorised ticket exchange. 

An Irish company itself, based in the high-tech MaynoothWorks campus, Tixserve’s digital tickets also enable client-branded event information including line-up and artist biographies, venue details, food and beverage or merchandise notifications, and other value-add services to be delivered direct to consumers.
