Co-founders Nicholas Sonuga and Amin Hamzianpour, both music producers themselves, are launching the Qube in order to provide a vibrant community and unique space for not only the music industry - but creators across all disciplines - providing an environment to connect, collaborate and create their best work.

The brand new 22,000 square-foot premises, which will serve an international creative community, will be home to 30 state of the art soundproofed recording studios, designed by Munro Acoustics, across music, podcast, film, and photography. The first of its kind, the Qube’s memberships (starting from £100/month) offer a real-time studio booking and credit system providing flexible access to professional creatives and businesses.

More than just a studio space, the Qube will host regular music showcases, industry panel talks, and sensory and wellness experiences for its members. In addition to the live events space, the venue has a communal bar and cafe, a dedicated co-work area, as well as quieter breakout areas including a tranquil garden terrace. All in all, the Qube offers a sanctuary for London’s most inspired musicians, artists, managers, labels, and creators - giving them the spirit of community and collaboration to fulfil their creative potential.

Applications for memberships at the Qube are now open with limited availability pre-launch. Founding members to date include Emmy nominated actor and musician Riz Ahmed, Krept & Konan, Rudimental’s Amir Amor, Mixcloud Co-founder Nikhil Shah, as well as leading music companies First Access Entertainment, ie:music, and Concord Music.

Amin Hamzianpour, Co-founder of the Qube, commented: “Working as a music producer for the past five years, I have struggled tirelessly to find flexible and professional studio space with a real sense of community. Most creators are facing this same battle; artists, podcasters, songwriters, photographers, YouTubers, video editors, directors working from home or in dingy basement studios feeling isolated, with no real sense of belonging. We’ve set out to bridge that gap with the Qube; a home for a new generation of creators to connect, collaborate and most importantly, feel inspired to create their best work.”

Amir Amor, record producer, musician, singer, songwriter, and Rudimental band member, added: "We’re a very busy band, making music, touring and running our record label, so the Qube is great for us as it’s flexible and its facilities are to a very high standard. We collaborate a lot and often need creative spaces for the artists on our label, so having access to a range of writing rooms and studios lends the ideal environment to the creative process. There’s already a great ecosystem of other talented writers and producers involved, so it’s going to be a really vibrant creative environment.”

To celebrate the launch of its flagship venue, the Qube will be inviting its members to its grand opening in January 2020 to introduce them to the new space. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn more about what’s happening at the Qube, as well as the vision for the creative space.
