Suzanne Hughes appointed Chief People and Transformation Officer of PRS for Music



 

PRS for Music announced today that Suzanne Hughes has been appointed Chief People and Transformation Officer and will take up the position on 4 May.

Suzanne started her career working for a HR software company before joining professional services company, Accenture, as a Management Consultant. During her time with Accenture, she worked on global system implementations and specialised in leading key change management programmes. 

In 2004, Suzanne joined banking giant Santander where she oversaw multiple business transformation programmes, holding several senior HR roles, most recently as HR Chief Operating Officer.

Having worked on change programmes across Finance and Human Resources with a strong interest in employee engagement, values, wellbeing and health, Suzanne will now lead PRS for Music’s Transformation and HR departments.

Suzanne will continue to champion PRS for Music’s existing internal employee forums including Celebrating Our Differences, focussing on diversity and inclusion, as well as initiatives that support wellness and mental health in staff.  The organisation runs volunteer and support programmes through its PRS for the Community scheme and is currently examining ways to lessen its environmental impact by becoming a greener business.
