Love Island tracks break new records on Shazam

Tracks played on Love Island have broken more records on Shazam this week.

On Wednesday (3 July) Grace Carter's cover of Wicked Game broke the record for most Shazams in 24 hours with 34,000. Earlier in the week, London duo CLiQ held the one-day record with 29,000 Shazams for Dance On The Table, which featured on the show on Monday (1 July).

The previous record was set a couple of weeks ago by Lusaint whose cover of More Than Friends was also featured on the show and received about 23,000 Shazams on Tuesday 11 June.

The Top 3 Most Shazamed tracks in one day in the UK are now all tracks featured on Love Island:
Wicked Game - Grace Carter (record date: July 3rd, 2019)

More Than Friends - Lusaint (record date: June 11th, 2019)
