Kobalt Signs Pop Singer-Songwriter Hayley Kiyoko

Pop Icon & VMA and Billboard’s Rising Star Award Winner Inks Worldwide Publishing Deal

 

Kobalt today announced an exclusive worldwide agreement with Hayley Kiyoko. The partnership with Kiyoko includes publishing administration, creative services and synch for all of her catalogue and future works.

The multi-talented artist, director and actor Hayley Kiyoko has become one of the most celebrated new artists in the pop landscape since releasing her debut album Expectations. After being nominated for two VMAs (Best New Artist and Push Artist Of The Year), Hayley attended her first-ever awards show to perform “Curious” and took home the moon person for Push Artist Of The Year. Kiyoko has been featured in Rolling Stone, NYLON and PAPER, and was named to the No. 4 spot on NPR’s “21st Century's Most Influential Women Musicians” list, right behind Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Rhianna. In 2018, she was honored with the Rising Star Award at Billboard’s annual Women in Music event.

Additionally, Kiyoko had her Coachella festival debut and a nationwide headline tour, while opening for Panic! At The Disco and performing as a surprise act for Taylor Swift’s Reputation World Tour. Kiyoko made her national TV debut performing “Curious” on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and went on to perform on Late Night with Seth Meyers.
