Jukebox PR Hires New Director of Operations to drive forward new business opportunities following by Covid 19





Jukebox PR continues to expand even in these unprecedented times with the announcement today that Josh Karpf joins the team as Director of Operations.

Jukebox PR has evolved and adapted during the last six months. Even though festivals and live events have pretty much been none existent, the company has pivoted and has helped various brands, DJs and labels launch online streams. They have worked on over 50 streams with everyone from Timewarp to Creamfields and Beatport's globally recognised Re:Connect, always hosting the events via The Tribes; a vast mix of pages across social networks Facebook and Instagram. As well as that there has been on-going promotion of some key tech tools such as Virtual DJ, new analytics app Songstats, virtual music conference Dancefair and many more. They’ve also been shouting loud about new socially distanced events in Manchester, London, Switzerland, Greece and Dubai, and have continued to provide music PR services for the likes of Charlotte De Witte, Agoria, Superfreq, ARTBAT, Georgia Anguli and many more.

Josh will be working on business development across the company, with a focus on promoting socially distanced events, expanding the offering for live streaming and connecting brands and other industries with music, as well as further developing Jukebox’s current marketing and PR offering for new and existing clients, establishing an event division (artist and event programming and touring), and amplifying Jukebox's re-brand, launching in October.

With 15 years' experience working in international events and nightlife, he was previously Brand Manager for Ministry of Sound, managing over 1000 events and festivals worldwide and has worked with some of the industry's biggest artists, brands, festivals, promoters and venues globally.

Josh said of the appointment, “I’m extremely excited to join Alex and the Jukebox team to further develop and expand their already incredible offering. Although we’re living in unprecedented times, we find ourselves in a world where new and exciting relationships can be formed and Jukebox are perfectly positioned to open these doors.”
