Entertainment One (“eOne”) has signed an exclusive music publishing agreement with Nashville-based, Grammy Award-winning producer/songwriter, Aaron Pearce. Under the partnership, Pearce will bring his impressive song catalog to eOne. In addition, eOne will support Pearce in signing songwriters to his newly formed publishing venture, Vintern Songs.
Best-known for his work with Justin Bieber, Fifth Harmony, and Jill Scott, Pearce has produced and written on records that have sold over 20 million copies. He has worked on nine Billboard Top 200 #1 albums across the pop, R&B, country, gospel and dance genres. The deal was announced today by Chris Taylor, eOne’s Global President of Music.

eOne has been making a big push into the music publishing world, most notably by securing rights to the Chuck Berry catalog, signing Grammy-winning songwriter/producers The Stereotypes, and hiring top-level, executive creative talent in its London and Los Angeles offices over the past year.
eOne’s current music publishing catalog includes songs from Mariah Carey, Death Row publishing, hard rock/metal artists including Within the Ruins and The Contortionist, hip hop producers Vinny X and Tre Mission as well as a vast catalogue of film and television audiovisual rights, including rights for Designated Survivor and popular kids TV show, PJ Masks.
