We say

Premiered recently by Mistajam as his Hottest Record In The World on Radio 1, Becky Hill is back and sounding fresher than ever on this powerful new track. We last featured her in October with the excellent single Warm. That song, along with her Matoma collaboration False Alarm and Piece Of Me with MK, have now given her a combined Spotify streaming tally of more than 134 million plays. Quite simply, she has an inherent knack for writing and creating great three-minute contemporary hit songs. This one is no exception. Again it’s released on her own label, and sees her skilfully blending that distinctive red-hot R&B-pop vocal with edgy, crashing electronic beats, all produced by MNEK and Dimitri Tikovoi. Becky sold out London’s Scala at the start of the month and has now just announced three more dates for the autumn including a show at KOKO on October 19. That debut album is taking shape nicely and should be ready for release in 2018. Right now, this massive-sounding tune sets the project up just perfectly.
