Noise Inc. Strikes Strategic Partnership With Push Entertainment

Digital powerhouse agencies combine services to deliver peak performing social commerce for top global brands

· Partners set sights on US

London, 5th July 2012 – Dynamic new digital marketing and social commerce agency Noise Inc. has joined forces with creative technologists Push Entertainment, in an innovative strategic partnership that plays to both companies’ strengths.

Noise Inc. have made a name for themselves in the mobile space with digital-diva founders Jane Turner and Kim de Ruiter combining classic brand strategy with social commerce and leading-edge technology for clients ranging from Richer Sounds to the Ministry of Sound.

Push Entertainment meanwhile are an established innovator in the development of social and fan management tools that enable brands to better connect with their consumers. These include the new Crowd Reward™ and Fanwall™ products, which have rewarded millions for showing brand loyalty via social media channels. Recent campaigns include Justin Bieber, Now That’s What I Call Music!, Tesco and toiletry brand Lynx.

The Strategic Partnership between these two digital evangelists comes at a key point in both companies’ development. With Push Entertainment looking to increase take up of its technical product suite beyond a core base of entertainment clients and Noise Inc. looking to leverage their experience in digital strategy, global IP development, brand and entertainment licensing into international territories.

The combined partnership will seek to expand into the US using its new strategy of effectively turning social audiences into customers for the world’s top consumer brands and global entertainment networks.

The partnership fulfils the aspiration of Noise Inc.’s original founders to be best of breed at effectively creating and curating relevant audiences for brands to exploit by using all its combined social, creative and technical skills to improve overall business performance and ROI.
